All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free. Images are for reference only; actual products may vary.
Prices displayed are in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are not included unless explicitly stated.
Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment must be made in full before products are shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Note: Currently, all products are shipped directly from our factory in China via air shipping. Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days to the USA. US warehouse shipping will be available in 2026.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
UiLEDS products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product — please refer to the product page or packaging for specific warranty terms. This warranty does of not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of UiLED Technology Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UiLED Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our products or services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Katy, Texas.
